Everything is good here, had a fantastic stay for less than half the cost of the Zephyr on a previous visit. The breakfast is surprisingly good and adequate with many options and the location is brilliant.

My stay was outstanding value for money. Well, it was a very nice stay on value as it was included as part of the entire trip.

The atmosphere of the hotel is cosy. the room is fairly quiet and luxurious with lovely views of Hoan Kiem lake. - the breakfast is sensational and includes a huge variety of meals. - the location is great, close to a famous prison. - the hotel is easy to reach as it is only 30 km away from the airport.

I love to stay in Zephyr hotel

I was there for 2 nights and ate at the lobby restaurant for dinner. An electric kettle, refrigerator, and glassware were a big plus. the location was the best possible, in the center of the hive of activity that is Hanoi; it's a plus.

Nicely furnished rooms with a simple decor, comfy beds with hypo-allergenic pillows. Location close to the taxi, the more Vietnamese shops, and the French Quarter.

The restaurant was small for breakfast, I tried delicious dishes. What was important for me - large bathroom and genuinely helpful staff from housekeepers. The location was unbeatable and ideal: a shopping mall and a market were within walking distance. The hotel was in a perfect area...

The hotel was clean and in a great location near the lake and many restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast selection was good. We also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel.

The showers were a bit outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. The staff could have been more personal and attentive to our needs.
